Lisa Federico, a PT at Wolfson's, called me last week to make sure everyone knows about Bike Day. This has been an annual event the past few years that Wolfson's Children's Outpatient Rehab hosts an adaptive bike day. The company Bikeability will be there with a wide variety of adaptive bikes for you to see. If you beleive your child would benefit from having an adaptive bike at home for fun and exercise, you should definitely check it out. This event is open to everyone and your child does not have to be enrolled here or a patient at Wolfson's to attend. The event will be in the Aetna building right next door to Baptist Hospital which also houses the outpatient clinic.
